Conditions for access, permitted use, operational limitations, and general rules applicable to users, subscribers, and administrators of the platform.

Last updated: March 21, 2026 United States operating baseline

Acceptance of terms

By accessing, registering for, or using this site, you agree to comply with these terms and all policies published by the service operator. If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform.

Eligibility and accounts

Each user is responsible for keeping accurate account information, protecting credentials, and using the service in an authorized manner. The operator may suspend or restrict accounts with false information, abusive use, or activity that compromises the stability or security of the system.

Session, access, and security

The platform may apply single-session controls, technical monitoring, activity logs, and other reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized access, fraud, abuse, or improper duplication of sessions.

Permitted use

The service may be used only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these conditions. Attempting to compromise the system, automate unauthorized access, resell accounts without permission, disrupt panel operations, or exploit vulnerabilities is prohibited.

Invitations and registrations

If the platform enables invitation or self-registration features, the operator may set limits, revoke invitations, cancel accounts arising from abuse, and adjust eligibility rules at any time.

Third-party content and editorial disclaimer

The platform may list, organize, display, or facilitate access to third-party streams and content. The site operator is not responsible for opinions, programming, advertisements, interruptions, legality, licensing, or any content broadcast by television channels, radio stations, or other outside providers.

No hosting of third-party signals

Except for operator-owned content expressly identified as such, the platform does not host, originate, or control third-party television or radio signals on its own servers. The service functions as an interface, panel, indexer, player, or access layer over external sources provided or managed by third parties.

Service availability

The operator may modify, pause, restrict, or discontinue features, integrations, sources, channels, interfaces, or parts of the service at any time for maintenance, security, provider changes, legal reasons, or operational decisions.

Intellectual property

The operator’s trademarks, visual design, panels, software, text, and proprietary materials remain protected by applicable rights. Third-party marks and content belong to their respective owners. Nothing on this site transfers intellectual property rights to any user.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential damages, data loss, revenue loss, or interruptions arising from the use or inability to use the service, including third-party content or signals.

Termination

The operator may suspend or terminate access immediately upon detecting noncompliance, risky activity, fraudulent use, payment issues, technical abuse, or any situation affecting the service or other users.

Governing standards and legal review

These terms are drafted for operation under business and compliance standards applicable in the United States, but may require adjustment based on state law, industry, or business model. Final legal review before production publication is recommended.

This document provides a professional operating baseline for the site and should be reviewed by counsel before final production use.
